I am posting this just for my friend Kristy. I was mentioned in her livejournal so it is the least I could do ;}.
On a slightly on topic, yet offtopic note, in the deck of cards department I have 8 retired decks from a nearby casino sitting right beside me. It turns out that I know the gentleman whose job it is to drill holes through the decks so that the cards cannot be used again inside the casino. He told me the average life of a casino deck where he works is about 3-5 hours. If anyone wants decks of playing cards in bulk let me know, he can get them to me by the box.
Tomorrow I leave for Portland. Should be one heck of a trip. Portland claims home to the world’s largest bookstore and also the best Japanese garden outside of Japan. Lots of things to see, lots of things to do. I should probably go to bed soon, but I likely wont.
